Q. What time is check-in?

Ans. Check-in is from 3.30pm every day.

Q. What time is check-out?
Ans. Check-out is at 10.00am for Self Catering Accommodation.

Q. Is the property child friendly?
Ans. Yes, we have a kids swimming pool, and small outdoor playground. 

Q. When can children use the swimming pool?
Ans. Children are welcome in the pool every day until 6pm, except Wednesday and Friday when they can stay in the pool until 8.00pm.

Q. Do you provide WiFi
Ans. We have WiFi in the public areas on the Resort, including The Venue Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant.

Q. What is the mobile phone reception like
Ans. Mobile phone coverage is quite limited throughout the Resort, so rest assured you can have a lovely relaxing and revitalising break away without lots of disturbance.

Q. Do guests have complimentary use of the leisure facilities?
Ans. Yes, all guests of the Resort have full use of the leisure facilities including the fully equipped gym, 20m swimming pool, Kids pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

Q. How far is the Resort from Cashel, Tipperary Town and Thurles?
Ans. The resort is approx. 8 miles from Cashel on the outskirts of Dundrum Village, it is also 10 miles from Tipperary Town and approx. 17 miles from Thurles.
