Cancellation Policy
Due to high demand for therapies, if a treatment is cancelled within 12 hours of the appointed time, we charge 50%. For a “no show” we charge the full amount.

Coming Soon
Two new Treatment Suites are under development within the Manor Hotel itself where guests can remain within the environs of the hotel and simply walk from their bedroom in their robe to the treatment suite.

As a resident at the hotel, guests who are booked on the Wellness Package will be welcomed by a member of the team who will provide them with Robe and Slippers on arrival. Guests will be shown to the lounge area of the pool where they can relax before their treatment and sip on a fruit juice. After their treatment guests are welcome to return to the lounge area for a little more down time.
