Since 1981 the hotel has become renowned for its expertise and enjoys an excellent reputation as one of Ireland's best wedding venues, offering professional and friendly service to all their wedding couples and guests.
Dundrum House Hotel is situated amidst the beauty and splendour of Irelands Golden Vale. The beautiful grounds and elegant interiors provide the perfect backdrop for your wedding photographs. The Galteemore Ballroom caters for up to 350 guests and our award winning team of chefs and service staff will treat you to wonderful food and excellent service.
For guests wishing to stay at the resort we can offer them either hotel or self-catering holiday home accommodation catering for both short and long stays. Many of these have fine views of the Golf Course and surrounding countryside. Our award winning Lady Clementina Restaurant (formerly Rossmore) with excellent cuisine is open every evening for dinner with A La Carte and Table D'Hote menus available.
The Clubhouse restaurant and bar offers a great dining alternative for guests making a weekend of their visit. There is entertainment every Saturday night and Austin Crowe hosts his famous Irish Night every Thursday.
Adjoining the hotel is our Health & Wellness Centre. Residents can avail of our 21-meter Swimming Pool, fully equipped Gymnasium, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Steam Room free of charge. There is a beauty and wellness suite providing beauty treatments and wellness treatments, by appointment.
Dundrum House Hotel is ideally located 7 miles west of Cashel, seat of the former Kings of Ireland (100 miles from Dublin and 65 miles from Cork) and 10 miles from Holycross Abbey, a beautifully restored medieval Cistercian Abbey.

Deirdre Crowe is without doubt Tipperary's best known Wedding Co-Ordinator with over 21 years in her position. Her clients rave about her dedication and eye to detail and there is not a week goes by when a massive bunch of flowers doesn't arrive from one of her exceedingly happy couples. She works extremely hard to ensure she understands each of her couples requirements and individual needs. On the day of a wedding Deirdre is on site from early morning and briefs every team responsible for the day. No detail is left unattended. Deirdre rarely leaves the property until the wedding couple have been seen to their honeymoon suite, and sometimes that is well into the morning hours! She also has a very close working relationship with local wedding suppliers and frequently negotiates a good deal for flowers, room decor, cars, etc. on behalf of the happy couple. Deirdre achieves a 100% satisfaction rate from all her couples, without fail. Despite looking after the careful execution of over 80 weddings a year, every couple gets her undivided attention, regardless of who they are or what their budget is. She treats every wedding as if it was her own and you would often hear her say that she gets married at least twice every week! .

Galteemore Suite
This is the centerpiece of your wedding day celebration. The Galteemore ballroom is placed conveniently on the raised ground floor of this authentic Georgian Manor where spectacular views of the golf course and hinterland greet you upon arrival. With enough seated room for 350 guests, a large bar, raised stage, disabled access and décor reflective of the Manor house, this ballroom caters from the spectacular to the intimate with relative ease.

With only one Wedding per day our team of highly skilled and award winning chefs can cater for up to 350 of you closest family and friends. With such a wide variety of set and a la carte menus available we can confidently assure you that you will be fully satisfied by our catering team.

When guests of your wedding party avail of overnight accommodation at the hotel they can benefit from use of our exceptional facilities including our White Flag Award winning Health and Wellness Centre, The Clubhouse Restaurant & Bar, and for a nominal fee, golf enthusiasts can spend the day on our Par 72 Co. Tipperary Golf & Country Club testing course.
