Murder Mystery Weekend
Well what a weekend we had of it, murder, mayhem, intrigue and pure hysterics....it was just hilarious....the guests and staff laughed the entire weekend at Garda's PJ, JP and the team of actors at the DD Factor! The weekend was full to capacity and the guest feedback was tremeduous.
Phil Kelly group said: ' We all had a fantastic weekend and on behalf of our group I want to say thanks so much to all the hotel staff. They were so professional and friendly it really added to our enjoyment. The food was Excellent. The murder mystery actors were brilliant - we had great craic! Would highly recommend it to our friends. Also thank you for looking after us with the rooms and especially for my room. We really felt like Lord and Lady Muck ha ha!!! It was beautiful. I had a lovely facial from Anita. The men played golf. We used the leisure centre too. So all in all we had a great wkend in your hotel. We will be back for sure.

The Foodie Weekend includes 2 nights Bed with Country Vitality Breakfast and Dinner on the Saturday evening hosted by Chef Steven Ronan,
Last years premier Foodie Weekend was a resounding success and due to demand we are running another one next March! The Rossmore Restaurant was a buzz with guests who eagerly awaited their 7 course dinner while sipping their Champagne. Deirdre Crowe, proprietor welcomed the guests and introduced them to the gourmet banquet they were about to indulge in and explained the variety of wines that were carefully selected to accompany each dish. Meanwhile, Head Chef, Steven Ronan and his team were cooking up a storm and tantalised guests with some amazing dishes that everyone was raving about at the end of the night. The feedback from guests was outstanding and many are awaiting news of this years weekend.
