" We were at the Dundrum House Hotel last week and it was as beautiful as it was 13 years ago when we stayed there on our honeymoon! Margaret, who is a member of their waiting staff for both dinner and breakfast, so was absolutely a delight and very personable! She made dinner recommendations to use and both were delicious, specifically the lamb shank -- best we had in Ireland!
