Dundrum Leisure & Wellness Centre's holistic philosophy aims to harmonise mind and body in an environment of pure relaxation. With simple rituals and one to one care, we will take you to the next level of wellness with our Swedish Sauna, Turkish Steam Bath, air and hydrotherapy Jacuzzi, not to mention our impressive 21M Swimming Pool and expansive gymnasium. 21 Meter Deck level Swimming Pool (featuring lane swimming)

The main swimming pool is 21 metres long and 12 metres wide. It's ideal for lane swimming but not too deep for more casual lengths.

Children's Pool

For the children we have a heated children's pool where they can play in safety and adjacent to the main swimming area. This pool is maintained at a warm temperature of 31 degrees.

Swedish Sauna & Turkish Steam Bath

Located in the main Leisure Pool area, the Steam Room and Sauna, each in their own way, allow the body to fully breathe and release from itself the toxins we build up in our everyday lives. Your Hotel break in Dundrum will be a health experience.

Jacuzzi with air & hydro therapy

The Jacuzzi with air and hydro therapy is located adjacent to the Swimming Pool. Its swirling water will entice you to relax, enjoy and be refreshed. It all part of staying at this very special Tipperary Hotel.

Gymnasium

Our fully equipped and supervised Gymnasium contains all you need for a good workout. There are a wide range of cardio-vascular and weight machines to get the best out of you. If you need guidance on the best way to warm up, use machines or plan your exercise, our qualified instructors are always willing to give advice.

Wellness Suite

At present we have a Wellness Suite located in the Health Centre where our wellness treatments take place. A new Wellness Suites is now open within the manor hotel itself where guests can remain within the environs of the hotel and simply walk from their bedroom in their robe to the wellness suite.

Please note that children's hours are strictly 7:30am - 6:00pm Monday through to Sunday except Wednesday & Saturday until 8:00pm.
