* Aquafit; Run by Josephine on Tuesday nights 8.15pm – 9pm. 6 week course for €60. For all fitness levels. Ages 18 +.

* Kettlebells; On Monday nights 6.30pm - 7.30pm with James. From beginner to advanced. 6 week course €50 for members/ €60 for non-members. Another mid-week class may be added in January.

* Personal Training; One to one or group personal training (four max). Available anytime during the week. €30 for 1 hour, €20 for 30 mins. Greater discount for group training. Made available by James in the Leisure Centre. Ages 16 +.

* Pilates;  Beginners, improvers and advanced classes available. Run by Eimear. €65 for 6 weeks. Tuesday nights 6.45pm – 7.45pm. Just need to bring an exercise mat. Ages 18 +.

* Yoga; Tuesday and Thursday mornings 10.30am – 11.40am. €50 for 5 weeks. Only an exercise mat required. Ages 18 +.

* Adult Swim Lessons; Starting in January, Tuesday nights 7.30 – 8.15. €60 for 6 week course. Run by Theresa in the Leisure Centre. For beginners, ages 16 +.

* One to One swim lessons; Available throughout the week with Theresa, Siobhan or Aisling. From Kids to Adults.
